Cheap Yellow Display Support

I’m working on support for device manager for the Cheap Yellow Display (2.8 and 3.5 inch). It works with the ST7789 screen. It supports actual chats (poorly), has a speaker, SD card backups work great on it, and it can map actions direct to sapphire or have a sort of touchscreen grid of buttons that control Sapphire.

This is part of Device Manager on dev branch.
