Conversation Mode Beta Ready

I got full conversation mode working today. It’s got browser or local conversation. Use this with streaming TTS and it allows you to talk without a wake word, like you are talking to a person. You can barge in over your AI persona and they stop talking. Open it from your phone if you want, hit conversation browser and just leave the phone on.

Oh and today I picked up a call on my phone. It was Sapphire and we had a quick talk. So VOIP support is maybe 60% done, works but UX is bad so far.
